Again, its a shame as they are close to me and I planned to make them my home dealership for my 100k car. I would not have liked that car was presented for pickup regardless, but they could have earned my trust and future business if they owned up to the poor quality of work. My uncle(s) have done body/paint for 50 years, this was level 100 basics. Poor finish, paint dip and scratch!!! Not an matter of opinion!

Received repair with paint dip, scratch and pitting. The rep made it seem as if I was being picky which is mind boggling. It was poor quality control too, no way a manager should call customer to tell them their car is ready. Then tells me what else I see because I get one chance to get a brand new paint job on a brand new part they are getting over 5k for to get right!!! Call GM and he makes it seem as if we all see paint differently... this was not a question of paint color, its poor finish plus SCRATCH on a 100k car. I was going to use them as local dealer including installing custom exhaust but probably will look for other Chevy dealership.

After part one I provided, then I got a call saying the car is ready for "your inspection." Again, never owning up to the poor finish and QC from the first time I was called the car was ready. Sharing my story with local car club, it seems the reputation is the quality of work is going down there.

Repair took kinda long. But thats ok. 3 percent charge on debit card id pittiful after a 8500:00 repair.
