I was extremely happy with my experience with Dale’s auto body shop. They kept me apprised of the work that needed to be done and how it was going timewise. They also kept me apprised of the date that the work would be finished. If it was going to take longer, they contacted me, which é me in knowing when I would be going to give the rental car returned. The people that I wasv working with were very friendly, helpful, and supportive!

I love Dale so auto body shot. It is located on deer Valley Road just West of Cave Creek Road. They are my new auto body shop to deal with. I took the car there. After their inspection they were able to give me a date on when the car would be ready. They continue to message me throughout the procedure of working on the car. They kept letting me know also that the car would be ready on the specific date that was discussed. This one every day just about, until the day it was ready, which they then called to let me know when it was ready. I have now brought two cars there, unfortunately. But fortunately, I think I brought the cars to the best autobody shop there is. Also, they will cover for free any problems with the items that were fixed from them with no limited time.The cars came out great! No need to bring one of the cars back. We have not called them yet, but the other car has the color paint slightly wrong, which was noticed by the dealership when we brought the car to exchange for another one. I will be calling them back to let them know in the next couple days, but I don’t feel there would be an issue because they do cover their work.

Brought my truck into Dale‘s to have a hard, fiberglass Tono cover refinished and painted. Despite the damage to the fiberglass from Sun, they were able to make it look like new. Not the first time I have had excellent work done by Dale‘s. I have also referred them to three friends Who have had similar results. Great job, Dale!

I was kept informed from the day I dropped the car off until the day the car was done. They let me know when they took the car apart, were ordering parts for the car, how much that estimate was going to be, and that it was submitted to my insurance company, and then during the last week prior to my car being ready, they contacted me at least 2 to 3 times to let me know they are on schedule for the date of pick up. They were very thorough with keeping me advised of everything.
