I have just a few things to add 1. When I walked around the truck I noticed the antenna was missing don’t even now why that was even removed. 2. I was asked before the work was done if I preferred oem part and I said yes. Bumper is after market and has a bend in the plastic. 3. If tail gate cover was not covered by ins. Then I would expect your company to replace it if it got broke in the removal process. That being said I did get a call saying that the cover is going to be replaced. Dales has always taken care of me vehicles and I trust that all these issues will be resolved I appreciate the work you preformed on my truck thank you.

Pricing was as expected, app communication was not accurate. I received a message saying the car would be ready on Tuesday the following week, the car was actually finished four days early on Friday. The day after picking my car up I received a text saying the car was moving to bodywork stage of the process. It was more annoying than helpful. Also, I asked about the cash discount and the number changed at quotation vs when I went to pay for services. Pricing should never change and always be consistent.
