I’ve had my car repaired at this shop in the past. I had them follow up on something from the first visit. I’d recommend another shop that provides better communication and customer service.

The shop redirected me to make it easy on them by sending me to their further repair shop. And, in doing so, they told the tow truck driver but not me. This added an extra 15 minutes each way to my drop off and pickup of my vehicle. If the customer makes a choice, then honor their choice.
