Owner offered to buff out a scratch I already had prior to my accident during the initial estimate. I Picked up my car today and the scratch is still there which is disappointing because he's the one who offered. Other than that, the rest of the car looks good and I had a really great experience. Owner and his daughter (the receptionist) are really nice people.
