I’m reaching out because I disagree with the claim that I hit something on my way home. The issue happened because the part was not installed correctly in the first place it wasn't properly attached to the white gusset holding the fender. When I brought it in for a quote, one of your workers even mentioned that the entire bumper had to be removed to fix it, and second opinions confirmed it was an installation error. Charging me over $300 out-of-pocket for your team's mistake is completely unfair. I'd like this made right; otherwise, I will be writing a detailed review on your website detailing my experience.

I based my decision to use this body shop on the first time I had to use them.

Wasn’t pleased with how long it took to fix my car. I only received one update the whole time. My husband called to get an update, but the lady who answered the phone couldn’t provide any. He went up there and finally got an update. It was a good thing we elected not to use a rental. The extra time would’ve been an out of pocket expense.
