I recently had my bumper repaired at Epic Collision. I am satisfied with the bumper repair itself; however, I was very disappointed with the condition my truck was returned to me in. When I dropped my truck off, it was clean. When I picked it up, there were footprints/scuff marks around the door areas, white residue left in the back seat, and dirt/grime on the seats that was not there before. I take a lot of pride in keeping my truck clean and well cared for, so this was very frustrating. When a customer trusts a business with their vehicle, I believe it should be returned in at least the same condition it was received, aside from the repairs being made. The repair work was fine, but the lack of care and cleanliness afterward definitely took away from the overall experience. I hope Epic Collision takes this feedback seriously and makes sure future customers’ vehicles are treated with a little more care and respect.
