The front bumper had a skint place when we picked it up. We needed the car since it had been in shop for two months so I just planned on getting some touch up paint for bumper. Overall I am satisfied with the repair work and would give you an 8 to 9 on a scale of 10.

I gave you a 7 because the car had paint damage on the front bumper when we picked it up. We needed the car since it had been in your shop for two months and I didn't complain because it would mean more days without my wife's car.

I had to rate them a 8 because there was a little side seal that goes behind the hood that was stretched out and loose. When they took it off, it didn’t get replaced. Also there were a couple other things that needed to have minor adjustments or fixes. However, I will say that when I took the car to the shop and showed them the minor fixes that were still needed, they were very friendly and willing to make things right. They ordered the side seal and are now ready to make the few adjustments. I am confident they will do a great job as they have done in the past with our other vehicles.

The customer service is excellent. They are very friendly and willing to do whatever they can to make things right. One day they called and left me a message to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I called them back that day at 4:50 pm asking when they closed. I was happy to hear they were open until 6:00. I told the lady receptionist that I was going to come and pick up my car. She said, “Are you coming now?” I said it would be about 15 minutes before I got there since I was going to walk. She said, “I am about to get off work, let me come and pick you up.” That was very thoughtful of her. She picked me up and I was able to get my car.
