The work done on the car was great. Our repairs were certainly taken care of. There were many instances of poor communication. Our car was slated to be picked up on a Friday, but we had not received any updates. Once we finally got a phone call back, we were told it would be ready for sure on Monday. After another day of calling with no answer on that Monday, we were finally told it would be ready on Tuesday. Luckily, our insurance was covering/renwed the rental car and the repairs looked great. We appreciate the work done but wish we could have had better communication for peace of mind about our car.

The people at Dan's auto were great, starting with the woman who greets you. My car was ready earlier than predicted and it looked great. I was most impressed with the detailing cleaning of my car. I was so clean, cleaner than when I purchased it. I would definitely recommend Dan's
