I have been to other chain auto body repair shops and have had to deal with disinterested employees who don’t provide updates and aren’t even easy to reach. And where your car invariably takes much longer to get work completed. I loved how Darby’s is the complete opposite. I was greeted with a smile from the beginning and treated with respect and absolutely professional service the entire time from start to finish. No games and all promises fulfilled. Albert was absolutely outstanding. I will refer Darby’s to everyone I know.

Albert and his team at Darby's did a great job on a quick and seamless repair for my rear bumper after someone took it off in a parking garage. They were excellent with communicating job status and timelines and in dealing with insurance, sourcing proper parts, etc., making everything very painless. I would definitely recommend their services.
