I had a wonderful experience working with the Darcars team. Andre was so knowledgeable and professional. He explained things to me every step of the way and really made a bad situation (damage to my vehicle from being rear-ended) a lot easier than I thought it would be. I really appreciated his thorough communication throughout the process; he truly kept me updated every step of the way. I also interacted with Amanda and Yuri in the front office. They were professional and pleasant as well, just the same as Andre. This team is stellar, and provided me with top notch service. Thanks so much, Darcars! When I started my journey with DAR Cars. I would have rated to a 1, however after my car was sent the Lanham location my impression improved 10000%. The management keep took care of us and got my car back quickly.
