A scratch on my trunk door that occurred in my accident was missed but I am nit complaining....i pointed it out to the rep. & she was willing to see that I was completely satisfied. It was very nice that I got a clean car ???? out the experience too. If I gave the experience a grade 1-10, I give it a 9 1/2! Thank u.

The combination of my insurance claims service dept, car rental and repair shop all at one location is by far the best and easiest convenience for any customer. I was very satisfied with the work done on my car. Seems as if everything is fixed. I was very satisfied with the customer service. Everyone was very courteous and nice to me at all times. I was disappointed in that my car had a lot if white dust everywhere in the front seat area. There was a lot of black tar substance on the inside of the doors worked on. There was black tar substance on the arm rest of the drivers side door and also on drivers seat. I took about 30 minutes and cleaned all areas I could on the hard surfaces. May need to get cloth areas steamed cleaned if I cannot scrub it out myself. My car was clean on inside and outside before it was hit and had to bring it in. Thanks. Yoshimi
