It was the first bad mistake

When I was first called to pick up my car, I was totally dissatisfied because they gave me my car back with the same tire on it. They just cleaned it. The rim still had grass in it and scraped up wasn’t never change and then the supervisor came out and he eventually started scraping and then he said wait a minute you suppose to got a new tire and I say yes I got a call to say that it was supposed to be a new tire put on and rim I had to bring my car back the next day for him to change the tire and the rim so now I’m satisfied.

I am more than pleased with the service at th Lanhan location. The receptionist is very polite and always greets me when I come in. THector and his team are also vlwelcoming, friendly and professional and his team who does repairs are awesome!! These guys know their stuff and they are thorough and on point in what they do! Totally satisfied with the repair work, but when I started the car I noticed a “smart entry system problem “ light on the dash board. I was told to bring the car back on 8-18-25 for review.
