Had to return twice first time front bumper was not lined up correctly with headlights second time hose to washer fluid was hanging under car found out when I went to use washer fluid to wash my windshield off… Hope I don’t find anything thing else wrong so I don’t have to come back a third time… I am very patient and humbled but enough is enough… I am a type A if you know what I mean… The manager I think his name is Jim has been very polite nice and curious.. Thanks to Jim for making sure each time I return things goes smoothly..

The service has significant room for improvement. The OEM carbon-fiber trim around the center gearshift area and on the door was damaged and pulled out. I also noticed that the driver-side door gets stuck, and the exterior door handle does not always work. My car was not in this condition when I brought it to the body shop. It was primarily there for a front bumper replacement related to an insurance claim, so it was very disappointing to receive it back with additional damage. Jasmine and her manager assured me that they would order the necessary replacement parts and contact me once they arrived. I am extremely disappointed and saddened to have received my car back in this condition.

Hi! I’m very disappointed with the service I received at the Darcars Collision Center in Silver Spring. My insurance company recommended this location because they said the repairs would be done properly. My vehicle was towed from my home to the shop, and when I picked it up, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the car. I was told the vehicle would be cleaned and washed, but it was not. There was still dirt and debris underneath the carpet and on the seats, and there was glass throughout the vehicle. The interior was very dusty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. I also noticed that two screws were missing from the passenger seat and one was missing from the driver’s seat. The cover by the door is loose and appears to be close to falling off. These are serious concerns, especially after being charged approximately $10,000 for the repairs. The mechanic told me that I would need to contact my insurance company regarding these issues. I will be contacting my insurance company to report everything that was left incomplete or improperly repaired. I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I simply want my vehicle repaired correctly and returned to me in the condition it should have been in after paying for these repairs. Thank you.
