If I could deal with the guys in collision, it would be a 10.

The only reason it's a 10 is because of Jim. I called and they told me that they had the part so I made an appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes to get help and to talk to someone in service, they told me that the part was in a different building. Went to the other building to find out that the part had not been ordered. So after wasting 3 hours there, I finally got to talk to Jim who ordered the part. Once the part was in, he called me and I made an appointment. The only reason I gave it a 10 was because Jim and the other guys in collision did everything they could to help me out, and so far they repair is great.

It was returned to me initially with an incomplete repair. I didn’t take but a second to discover that the car was extremely noisy. Thankfully I was able to return when they discovered the muffler had been affected by the stolen catalytic converters as well.

Actually it is an 11 on the scale from 1-10, What I will say is that when I first drove up, the shop looked like a place cars go to die, it was just a mess of cars outside the shop, very visually displeasing. I did make an assumption about the shop based on that.
