Jim or Tim the guy that was in charge of my car was extremely rude and disrespectful. He hang up the phone on me multiple times. On the day i picked up my vehicle I did say hello to him and he did not respond. He walked away and brought my keys and dropped it on the table without saying a word. I go there to pick up my car at 5:55pm and they were closed and office hours is closing time is 6pm. The cashier told me she was closed and I'm on her time

They kept giving dates for completion and it never was accurate. I’m sure they did a rush job when I got the insurance company involved. Hopefully, everything is fixed accurately.
