Called and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate in 2 days. Estimate was done and I kept my car until the parts arrived. I was advised it would take approximately 30 -45 minutes to install the parts and schedule my appointment in 3 days. Work was done and I was on my way in less than an hour. All employees were polite, knowledgeable and courteous.

After the Repair on my Lexus GX 460, as I pick up my car while driving,I noticed that the Car heater on the right, passenger side, the Heating system is not working. It might cause a big health problem for me and also with this present Weather Condition and more so the vehicle wasn't watched. Thanks for your Understanding

The only problems were trying to get the correct claim number, having to make a few calls and having to make a trip to the Collision center to fill out a short questionnaire and get a timeline for when the car could be dropped off after the windshield arrives. Things went well. Everyone was very nice. I just wondered why we didn’t do that over the phone.
