The work on the truck was adequate but communication from the start was terrible. The estimator told me that the repair would take a week, based on his answer, we did not pursue a rental car. Three weeks into the repair after numerous calls and in-person check-ins , I finally spoke with the owner whose story changed twice in our conversation about why it was taking so long. The front desk personnel assured me they would update me on the fix of my truck along the way and contacted me zero times over the month David White had my truck. We are very disappointed in David White and will never bring another vehicle back to them or will we ever recommend anyone use them for service.
