I feel a 3 day delay warrants a phone call instead of a text. It caused a issue for me because I had received text all week saying my car would be ready on 4/3/15@400 an hour before pick up a text came in that had changed the date and time. I should have read the text more carefully but I missed the date change. A. Previous text that I had received said that if any delays were to occur that the ship would cal, I received no call for a 3day delay. Thinking my car would be ready at 430 instead of 400i returned my rental car.
