Bolts were left loose or missing, plastic not installed properly/snapped together, unsure what is incorrect that can’t currently be seen. Husband will have to take apart to see what needs to be fixed.

They took a very long time to repair my vehicle which resulted in my having to pay $200 more in rental fees, however the work they did was good

I could never get a clear answer as to when my vehicle would be done. They would say one day and then never call me back and when I would call back would get a lot of lame excuses as to why my vehicle was not done
