Long delay in my repair was understandable given the difficulty in finding a crucial part that was ordered several times and sent incorrectly. What was frustrating was waiting an additional week for headrests which should have been ordered on day 1. Anthony and the team worked very hard to take care of the hard part, but somewhere the ball was dropped on the easy part.

Great repair. Solid work. Was told when I dropped the car off Monday it would be ready Thursday. I called on Thursday and was told it would be ready Friday. I received a text message at 11:23 a.m. Saturday saying the car was ready. I was not aware the shop would close 37 minutes later. So we had to wait 'til Monday to get the car. The staff was always helpful, friendly and easy to work with, however communication could have been better.
