Everything was done in a timely fashion following my accident, and they worked directly with my insurance company, so I didn't have act as a "go-between," which I appreciated! The work they did on my truck was excellent, and I had my vehicle back earlier than expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

Within days of my car being returned to me, I found myself having to go to another auto shop for additional service due to some serious shaking while driving. The lug nuts on my wheels were so loose that the wheel were in jeopardy of coming off - one lug nut was gone completely and had to be replaced. No warning was ever given that I might need to have my lug nuts retighten after a day or two - which is a warning I'm used to tire shops issuing.

My roughly $100 out of pocket after the fact costs could have been avoided if any sort of warning had been given about the fact that the tires had been removed and then put back on and the lug nuts might need to be tightened after a certain amount of time or miles.
