Several issues and damages were found after the repair, that were caused by the shop. This required additional visits and getting the manager involved. Extremely poor communication when noting issues found after initial repair, felt blown off and as if the shop didn’t care. Final repair done looks of less than quality work (gaskets not installed correctly, paint runs and overspray, polish compound left of panels). At this point I do not trust the shop to continue to fix or repair the vehicle any further and will be take to a different shop to fix the remaining issues.

Unfortunately there is no higher number than "10" because I would definitely use it to describe our experience with the body shop and the excellent work done by Dallanbach. This was the 3rd time that we had to utilize their work and their courtesy. Many thanks to David and Alan that start the process from beginning to the day we picked up our Subaru. (NOTE: Due to our own misfortune, we had to bring our car back 3 times because of 3 different accidents.) Thank you.

I’m sure the work they did was great but they said “they’d be in touch” and they weren’t. The car was to be ready for pick up on Friday and when I called late Friday afternoon, it wouldn’t be ready till Monday. Again, I called Monday afternoon and it wasn’t ready. They needed another day. I’m glad we had no plans to go out of town, as we would’ve needed that car. So no communication as promised or expected. The car looks nice and they cleaned the inside which was unexpected.

Very happy with the work that was done! The final bill came in more than double the estimate, and triple the cost to the insurance company. I would have liked to have been in on the conversation of why the bill grew so substantially. While that increase didn’t come directly out of my pocket, we all pay the high cost of insurance. I also would have appreciated updates on the repair timeline since 1.5 weeks grew into 2.5. Thanks
