The repair work was excellent. I was disappointed however, that my vehicle had been either backed into or had been backed into something. I had to point out the damage myself. My vehicle seats also were not cleaned as well as they should have been. Since my license plates were missing and the car couldn’t be driven home that day, both those issues were resolved quickly. Other than those two things, everything else went really well. Alan, did an outstanding job of communicating with me during the repair process. He was great to work with.
