I appreciated the loaner car. The biggest problem was their closing at 5:00. Like many people, I had to twice take time away from work and deal with rush hour traffic in order to get there before 5. Someone needs to be available Saturdays and evenings to accommodate the 75% of the population that works M-F 9-5. There's even a song about it!

First I asked for a loaner car and you guys provided it and I was very happy. But you offered me a two wheel drive. I told Alan I live in the mountains. He said all loaners are only front wheel drive. Well it snowed that week and I was scared for my life. I had to go to work and had no choice to go. But I was sliding everywhere. I was so upset this is all you could do. You are Subaru for goodness sake. You makes safe cars but couldn't give me one to loan. 😞 Also when I picked up my car you forgot to put my handle back in. The one inside by the driver window on roof. I didn't notice until a day later. I called and you found the part and put it in but what made me upset that I drove out of my way(I live in Livermore) and no sorry about the inconvenience. Like here is your car. Now go. I know stuff happens but no apology 😠

When I got my vehicle back there were 3 spots missing paint, a scratch, and a dried clearcoat drip that needs to be fixed. I spoke with Alen and the Body Shop Forman and they will take care of it this upcoming Tuesday. I'm very grateful for their help and taking care of the situation.
