Well I enjoyed working with Allen BUT the wrong hitch was ordered. I sat in the waiting room for several hours and then was told about the error. Allen gave me a $50 gift card as a consultation. On my return trip from Estes Park, I waited and when the hitch was done told that due to the towing wires going to the taillights it cost me $59 dollars more than the quoted price. I guess that is one way to recoup the cost of the gift card.

After picking my car up it was physically restored however I asked them to take a look at the check engine light that they were supposed to fix a week and a half prior to my accident and when I got my car the light was still on and it became clear nothing was done about it despite them telling me the light would be looked at. Now I need to make another appointment and be without my car for more time.
