the body shop repair was well done, but the repair was way behind schedule and the reasons poorly communicated. The repair was estimated and scheduled 10 days later, but I suspect that no parts were ordered until the car was delivered after the 10 days. The estimated repair time was 2 weeks, but it took 3 weeks.

The accident to my car happened in Tucson. I waited to have the repair done at Dellenbach because of the good experiences that I had had with your service department. I would Never do that again.

They guys at the body shop did a great job with the hale damage! I’m so happy that my car looks as good as new. I was also surprised with how quickly they got her in & out. I was expecting to wait much longer. It was also very hassle free with my insurance company. Thanks for taking great care of my car!
