Having my vehicle for 3 days and not doing any work on and then indicating a possible issue contacting my insurance was not appreciated. Felt staff should have let me know immediately so I could reach my insurance to help facilitate.

since I am never in Albany I probably will not have a chance to recommend depaula. However, if the occasion arises I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone in the area in need of car body work

the Prius looked wonderful. However, on my drive back to Vermont from Albany, my overheat light came on.... I added coolant and checked with a mechanic who indicated that fans were working and the coolant tank was full - so possibly it was a switch but the engine was OK. I drove the remaining 300+ miles home without incident. The car will be looked at by a toyota dealer in the next couple of weeks. I'm hoping it's just a connection because the car seems to be fine
