I had a great experience at DePaula collision. They quickly took in my vehicle and were very communicative during the whole process. Even with a small delay my vehicle was ready on schedule. When I picked the car up it was freshly detailed both inside and out, a really nice addition. Paige and the team were great!

You had my vehicle for over a month for a minor rear end collision and then I added some paint work clearcoat work. There were bolts missing on the top rail roof racks there were parts missing from getting rear ended. There was a handle and bolts laying in the console from the inside door . Over that month people must’ve told me it was done three times and then calling back to say no it’s still not done yet. I had to return my rental and get it back twice. And now I get home and find all these bolts missing engine light comes on as I pull out. Overall, nobody’s communicating with anybody seems to be the problem and nobody is checking the final job before they send it out. Very disappointed.
