They were professional and patient. They did a great job. The only caution I have is about washing the car. My brakes were frozen and not stopping as quickly as usual until things warmed up, and I almost got in a wreck down the road.

I was promised that I was on a waiting list to get a courtesy vehicle, and it took 44 days and multiple calls being promised I was being "added" to the list before I finally got one provided. Also, where was the communication on the process and delays? I also requested text updates when dropping it off, then only got short emails that were not fully explained for the very rare updates every couple weeks if not longer between.
