YOUR TECHS IN REPAIR NOTICED A PROBLEM WITH OUTREAR SLIDER WINDOW. CALLED AND TOLD US ABOUT IT. I AUTHORIZED REPAIRS ON IT. THE REPAIR DID NOT EVEN LAST 24 HOURS. HAD TO BRING TRUCK BACK FOR A COUPLE OF OTHER MINOR THINGS RELATED TO THE ORIGIANL REASON IT WAS THERE. THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE WINDOW AGAIN. nOT SURE IF IT WAS BECASUE STILL NOT SEALED. IT WILL BE COMING BACK THIS WEEK FOR THE THIRD TIME.

The only thing, was that there wasn't an inspection with us on completion. We found an issue and the girl was going to had us the keys. The person in charge of our vehicle did assess the issue and resolved it quickly.

Horrible experience, would not recommend. Nation wide insurance personal WAS not on my side thru didn’t even bothered to give me a call to see how things where and IF I NEEDED A RENTAL TO GET TO WORK. The NATIONWIDE PERSONAL was also very very rude. I didn’t feel like you where on my side. Over all disgusting experience they wanted me to settle for less even tho I wasn’t at fault. Both nation wide and Dewey ford said this is the best we can do. Not acceptable. This accident was not my fault so why should I settle for less. Garbage.

I would say the shop needs better signage from the road and parking lot. Hard to find since it’s not at the main Dewey location.
