This is a harder score - I hoped for a higher quality repair from a dealership body shop.

Unfortunately I’ve found a couple blemishes in the paint on the repair. I’ve worked with Dennis to get in and get it repaired the first time- need to connect on Monday to fix the other blemishes found. Hoped for a better quality repair- but we’ll eventually get it right.

My estimator Dennis was horrible. I had to bring it back in a second time because he left off the front piece where my car was hit. He promised me he would have a rental car for me. When I arrived there was no rental car because he forgot to make a reservation with Enterprise. He never once apologized to me. I had to get to work and this caused me to have to wait a long time for them to get me car. My car was not detailed or even washed. Then, when I picked it up, my front license plate was sitting on my front seat. I had to go back in to ask for it to be put back on, which seemed to bother Dennis, as he was very curt with me. Extremely disappointed.

I felt the repairs where done well. The paint matches very well. I thought the repaired areas would be cleaned better. There are hand and fingerprints all over the back window.
