The repair shop personnell were great, but people at the Cashier's desk were lacking. My husband showed up to pick up the car after 12 on Saturday. I was told the cashier's desk for service was open until 6:00. I did not know there was a different cashier's desk for auto body repairs. This needs to be made more explicit on the website. And when I got the phone call to let me know that the car was ready for pickup, the lady only told me when the shop opened on Saturday. She did not say when it closed on Saturday (at 12). Please make sure the closing time is communicated. When my husband got there, they were not happy that he came after closing time but we didn't know it was already closed. They did get get the car for him eventually. But this shouldn't be made into an issue like it was.

Easy to communicate with on my vehicle. I was notified of every thing done to it. Also the ease of returning the rental car to Dewey and I did not need to take it back to Enterprise and then find a ride to Dewey to pick up my car.

the repairs were good but someone cracked my windshield, my Rep didn't believe me when I said "you guys broke my windshield" then after confirming the photos, I got my windshield replaced (free of charge) with an aftermarket windshield. Problem with the aftermarket windshield is it wont hold the rearview mirror steadily like its suppose to. I felt great about the repairs that were made, but pretty unhappy how the broken windshield issue got resolved.
