The only issue I had was that my rental was not there when I dropped my vehicle off, as I had been told. I think they forgot to call Enterprise. I had to wait a little longer than I had anticipated, but other than that, all was great!

Dewey was quick and worked well in the timelines that they provided. I appreciated that they were able to give feedback on what steps I needed to follow to get everything completed and always provide contact information for their staff. The only improvement is that enterprise called me later in the week thinking that I still had their vehicle because they did not get notified when I dropped it off.

Always so friendly and helpful. My car looks like new. Had to put off repair due to family health issues but they were very understanding and patient with me. Great place to go to get car repairs.
