I waited a month before Sewell collision could take my car. When I brought my car in, they said it was going to take 6 to 9 weeks, which was ridicules for a bumper cover replacement and paint. I pulled my car from Sewell; had DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop do the work, man they hooked me up. This is a family owned and respected auto body shop that goes back over 20 years. They were able to complete my repairs in 2 weeks!!! I was informed exactly where they were in their process through text mails that lead you to a dashboard which displays Dropped Off - Started - Finished - Picked Up. In addition, it displays the costs and deductible with contacts with DFW and your insurance provider. Overall, they did a great job on my car, and they were able to help fund the deductible based on my financial situation. I will always use them for my auto body repair needs, I think you need to go down there check them out. Ask for Peyman, he's the man... Put review on google and yelp

It would have been a bit nicer if they waited to have the part on hand before keeping my car in the shop. Just to reduce how many days I had to miss work.
