I would say I had a solid experience with diamond collision. They were transparent and provided answers the best that they could to questions that I regarding vehicle. I appreciate the job that they did replacing my car bumper, as well as providing a detail on the inside of vehicle. Satisfied with experience.

They were just super nice and professional from start to finish. Extra thanks to the front desk, she was always quick to answer, prompt on follow ups, and always super nice and respectful. Even when my car took a bit longer than expected, I couldn’t even be upset because of how nice she was and how thorough she explained the process and explained why certain things were being done and taking a bit longer. The work on my car was great, I feel like it looks better than I turned it in. I’d hope not to get in another accident, but def would choose them all over again.

Amy, Frank and Walter made the entire process hassle-free, and easy. Scheduling an appointment for repairs over the phone was quick, and when I came in, all insurance documents were ready for signature. The staff provided excellent customer service, were professional, every step of the way they made me feel confident in their work. Answered every question and returned my calls when they said they would. They clearly know what they’re doing and care about making the process smooth for their customers.
