I had a fantastic experience with this auto repair shop from the start to finish. The customer service was exceptional! Amy was absolutely wonderful - always cheerful, professional and helpful. She answered every phone call with a smile in her voice, kept me updated on the status of my car, and consistently reassured me that everything was on track for the estimated pickup date. Her communication & attitude truly made a difference. Frank was just as great- he greeted me with a smile and acknowledged me even while helping another customer. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly & with a positive attitude. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the repairs. When I picked up my car, it looked and felt brand new - inside and out! I'm extremely happy and impressed with the entire team's work and the care they put into their service. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for trustworthy, high - quality work and top notch customer care!
