I already have on several social media pages. Finding a shop you can actually trust to do the best job possible is hard even when paying out of pocket ....when they do such an exemplary job on a WARRANTY job? That tells me everything i need to know. And Ed told me that if any issues arise with the work that was done later down the line, it would be taken care of. Standing behind your work long term is the marque of folks who really care! I have been a customer of another large CDJR dealership....since before 2012...and over the more recent years they seem to have gotten too big to care sometimes......they have let me down on some things.....i did not know , this time, where to go to entrust this work to.....from my experience so far i chose wisely!! Getting from McKeesport to Robinson is a traffic hassle.....i have closer options......but i chose Diehl on a recommendation and I will now be recommending Diehl myself......the work done was so very much worth the traffic hassles. I hope i never need collision work done .......but if i do, i will be specifying Diehl Collision and Ed.....he and his crew knocked it out of the ballpark!

20!!! I worked with Nikole first in the process and she made it very easy to get this setup. She gave me the option of waiting for a slot where i could get a loaner vehicle or getting in earlier.....i live 30 miles away and a loaner would have been preferred......but i also wanted to get the jeep into the shop before the warranty ran out.....i saw many accounts online where folks waited and then Stelantis gave them a hard time. It was my call to do it without a loaner......and it worked out fine. Nikole cared enough to give me the option and that was awesome!
