The communication piece was a little lacking and we had to keep reaching out to get updates. Since our insurance didn’t cover a rental car and the accident was a result of an uninsured motorist, it was a little frustrating to have the car in the shop for almost two weeks. We ha dot operate with one car and as a family of four that was a little tough. It would have been ok had we known this upfront and even during an initial call for update we were told they would get it to us by Friday or Monday at latest. I understand the job needs to be done right, but would appreciate more updates throughout the process rather than all at the end as things were wrapping up so we could plan accordingly. The staff overall was very friendly and professional the entire time, which I appreciated.

The staff at Dingman’s Collision Center got an estimate on my car to me quickly, and once I took my car in to be repaired they made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car and what to expect after the repairs were done. My questions were always answered and the staff really took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied!

few handprints of car dust or something inside the vehicle. a small dent (above passenger side door) that was there before I brought the vehicle in. Otherwise great job!
