Everyone was very helpful the day that I came in with my car. Dan Brake was particularly helpful, helping me get in a rental car (since my car was not safe to drive) and giving me regular updates.

I have used Dingman's previously (July 2025) and was frequently contacted and updated by phone call by my service advisor. This time the communication was sparse and done twice via text. I had to make the call and ask about my vehicle status after not hearing anything for a week after I received a text. The other customer service was good. I do realize my car was in the body shop over the holiday weeks but I expected more contact/updates.
