Female receptionist was 10 out of 10 in accomodating me. Male mistakenly charged my card the wrong amount and due to credit card processor being down, caused me to have to make a second trip. It was resolved but caused some stress- hence the reduced satisfaction.

Dingman’s has the best customer service. They took care of my problem and made sure I was satisfied. Kendrick Dalia is one of the best representative to work with. He was a great help and put me totally at ease. I will always use Dingmans for my car problems.

I used Dingman's on Saddle Creek a long, long, long time ago and was happy then. That is why, after getting t-boned by a red light runner, and after the insurance process ran its course, I immediately considered Dingman's.

Everyone I met, spoke to, Sam, Kendrick, Theresa, Dirk were personable, patient, professional, and informative! The proactive status calls are very important and appreciated. There were a couple of other gentlemen that I spoke with on drop day of which I do not recall their names, but we all had a friendly chat around the office that day. Good people!
