The customer service is great! I really feel like they looked out for me when my car was in an accident and it was being paid for out of pocket. They also helped me a great deal with renting a car through enterprise since the "other car rental business was ripping me off" 10/10

Five years ago I purchased my dream car a purple challenger. In October, 2025 my son was driving it and got rear ended by a dump truck and caused significant damage to the rear. We waited almost a month going back and forth with insurance companies. While waiting I took it to Dingman’s for an estimate. I decided to go ahead with the repairs and deal with insurance because my rear window was busted out and I knew mice would start looking for some where to hide for winter. Dan was exceptionally tentative and kept me updated at least once a week and even sent pictures of the progress. The estimate changed because once they took it apart more damage was discovered. I hope I never have to experience this type of nightmare again but if I do without a doubt I’m calling up Dan and Dingman’s. They treated my car and me with the utmost respect and care. Hands down the best ever. Thank you Dan and your crew. 💜
