I would just tell them about the horrible smell that was in my car when I got in it.

The work is fine. What ever they sprayed in my car is disgusting. If I had known they were going to use some awful thing, I would have told them not to use it. It is very over powering.

The quality of the repair was very good however I had asked that they not wash my vehicle as I am very particular about how that is done and the materials that are used, this did not happen and therefore I am not happy and that is why I have given a 1
