Brandon from Dingman’s did an excellent job of keeping me updated on a regular basis on the progress of work. He showed compassion and efficiency in every conversation. As anyone knows it is difficult enough to go through a traumatic car accident. Brandon made it much easier for me between the regular updates and him acting as a mediator with the insurance company. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.
