Sign up process was very good. Interaction with Progressive Insurance was very good. We were updated on progress and received vehicle back one day earlier than original projection. Estevan was fantastic to do business with! He kept me informed with the process and timelines of when my vehicle would be completed. He also worked with my insurance company to get additional repairs covered! Car came back looking amazing and they detailed the inside as well. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

Stephen and the crew at Dingmans were amazing! My vehicle looked brand new outside, after $7000 damage, also, the inside looked like it was professionally detailed! The Papillion location was close to my house and Dingmans has a customer for life! Nice work all of the team in the downtown Papillion location!

Sooo Steven was awesome. He was amazing through this whole process. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even when you did not have my car and we were waiting for the bumper. He would give me updates. Not that I go to a lot of body shops but that has never happened. If I could, I would give a score of 20.
