Dan gave me a very honest and extremely reasonable estimate and then charged me less because the manufacture paint was very loose. The job wasn’t perfect but I understood why and still looked great

Didn’t love the way the bumper turned out. Wondering if bumper plugs / holes needed to be painted the same color as the car body. Also, clock was several hours off. Car is at VW Dealer now for electrical / battery issue. When I opened trunk to check on battery - battery cover was off as was inside / trunk cover over electrical for rear bumper lights. Was battery / wires damaged in collison or during repair? Battery sits in reat at area where damage occurred. Dingman notes did not show any indication of battery / electrical issue. Waiting for Baxter's report. Called and talked to Dan about this yesterday. He was exemplary in discussing it. Will update Dingmans.

Was super impressed! Casey did a great job, was very laid back, polite and communication was excellent. He washed and waxed the car and cleaned and vacuumed the interior-looked so nice when I picked it up-made my day!
