I have had a very unique issue with my cars paint since the initial repair, which has led to several complications. I would almost always recommend DJs but would inform friends and colleagues of my unique issues

Communication of when the vehicle would be done was subpar -- very reactive rather than proactive in communicating with me. I consistently had to throw out calls/texts to get any update. I also did not feel DJs was advocating enough for us the customer against PPG regarding this unique issue.

Highly recommend DJ’s! The staff has been around for a very long time and are highly skilled craftsmen. Eric, Dave, and Dennis are the best in the business and Nevin made my auto claim a breeze by taking care of all of the paperwork, estimates and coordinating.
