If I recommended Doggett, I would ask a friend or family member to request detailed updates. The traffic circulation by the center has also gotten screwy and some explanation of how not to end up where you don't want to go (after service) would be great.

The front receptionist was fine and David was very good, with the exception of not letting me know that the fender component ordered had arrived damaged. That lead to an unexplained delay.

I had a great experience working with Glen Milan at Doggett Collision Center. Glen was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the entire repair process. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, communicated clearly about the insurance supplements and repair timeline, and did his best to keep everything moving forward. I especially appreciated his responsiveness whenever I had questions and his effort to get my vehicle completed as quickly as possible. The whole process was much easier because of his communication and assistance. Thank you, Glen, for your excellent service and for taking good care of my vehicle.
