My only concern with Doggett Collision is that I dropped my car off on December 5 and picked it up on December 23. They repaired my side door and bumper; however, when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the new bumper had a dent on the side. Instead of fixing the issue before releasing the car, they allowed me to pick it up in that condition. I feel that if I had not noticed and pointed it out, it may not have been addressed at all. I am unsure why a new bumper with a dent would be installed rather than being corrected before pickup, especially since my car was already in the shop for two weeks for repairs. Now I have to go back to get the bumper fix which is more time without my car.

I thought the experience was great at first but when I saw my SUV in the sunlight I saw that 3 minor touch ups weren’t done which my estimate were supposed to include .Also there is something on my windshield that distorts my view and causes on coming headlights to appear larger and sunlight reflects on and distorts my vision. I tried to wipe it off but it is sticky like some sort of spray was applied to it.

Happy with the repair overall. The front corner work looks good and the turnaround time was under 5 days, which was nice. Only minor nitpicks were the heavy use of air freshener inside the car upon pickup and that not all replacement parts were OEM.
