I want to say that the service and the knowledge of Bianca was the best. She was very informative to the repairs to my vehicle plus, she went out of her way to make sure the my vehicle was returned to me with no issues. From a Saturday morning drop off, through the repair(s) process, everything went smoothly. Both the lady in the front during drop off and pick up was great. The man who did the initial write up at drop off was also very good. Apologies for not remembering their names. Can't say enough good things about Bianca Uresti. She is fantastic! Always professional, informative, & positive. Her upbeat attitude, & willingness to do the job right with options is refreshing & reassuring. She made what could have been a difficult process, quick & easy. A great big Thank You to everyone that participated in getting this Mazda CX-5 Signature Series as good as new.
